How ZERONA™ Works

The Technology

ZERONA™ allows the body to safely eliminate fat while reducing inches from target areas, slimming, and reshaping body lines while tightening and toning loose skin.

ZERONA™ produces remarkable fat reduction results for patients. Clinically proven safe and effective through a double-blind, randomized, multi-site, and placebo-controlled study. During clincial trials the average patient lost a total of 3.64 inches from their waist, hips, and thighs.

In clinical use, because physicians are able to advise the patient follow protocol (drinking water, taking supplements, etc) doctors are reporting an average loss of between 5 to 9 inches, with some extraordinary cases of more than 15 inches lost.

Systemic Effect of ZERONA™

Multiple studies have identified that there is a systemic fat-reducing effect from ZERONA™ treatments. Non-irradiated adjacent cells undergo the same photo-induced changes based on the upregulation of intercellular communicators. Additional laser therapy has been shown to promote a paracrine effect, similar to histamine in the sense that intercellular communicators are released (i.e. nitric oxide and chemokines), influencing non-irradiated cells. Studies have shown that when cells on the right side of the body are treated by ZERONA™, the cells on the left side of the body incur fat emulsification as well.
